. University Degree
. Ambition to grow and develop in marketing, shopper marketing & sales
. Ability to work independently
. Solid understanding of the consumer goods / brand management, ideally with retail and/or OTC pharmacy industry experience
. Organization, communication and negotiation skills
. Analytical, problem solving and decision making ability
. Basics in finance
. Active knowledge of English verbally and in writing
. Extensive knowledge of PC usage
. Type B driver's license
