Key Account Manager for pharmacy chains and wholesalers
• Key Account Manager for pharmacy chains and wholesalers coordinates all commercial activities and lead the profitable development of Company´s portfolio in pharmacies chains
Accountability:
• Develop strategy and tactical plan for every key customer, in line with the business plan and commercial policy
• Develop and recommend customer specific plans for range, merchandising promotions, pricing, and services
• Negotiate with the customers, the range of products, the Trade marketing programs and the consumer price
• Identify areas of opportunity to grow share, volume and revenue
• To develop and maintain long term relationship with the customers
• Constantly improve business performance, based on gathered market insights
• Gather local market information and feedback via the market intelligence function
Požadavky:
Basic Requirements:
• University degree required (Science, Commercial, Medical, …)
• Ideally, at least 5+ years related pharmaceutical business with capability and willingness of learning new things speedily
• Excellent knowledge about pharmacy chains and wholesalers (principals, relationships with customers, …)
• Demonstrated understanding and ability to apply principles, concepts, practices and standards related to pharmaceutical environment
• Ability to make presentations and persuade others of ideas
• Strong analytical background
• fluent English – written and spoken
• very good PC skills
• driving license “B”
Specialized Knowledge:
• Strategic thinking and operational awareness
• Independence in task execution, but demonstrated capabilities in working across organizational teams
• Work and time management ability
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
• Open minded personality with networking skills
