Corporate Social Responsibility a Patient Advocacy Manager
Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:
Lead corporate social responsibility projects with a specific emphasis on project management.
To support and collaborate with patient organizations and implement the global corporative ethics and ways of working. Support to enhancement the role of patient organizations as an important and trustworthy partner in National health policy development.
Accountability:
• Gate keep and manage CSR activities (focus on environment and workplace)
• Working in partnership with community groups
• Co-ordinating volunteer activities and events, drumming up support and persuading employee participation
• Presenting to CSR stakeholders, selling the business case of a CSR programme
• Organising educational activities to inform about CSR inside Company
• Promoting activities undertaken, to other stakeholders
• Preparing internal materials and communications about CSR
• Measuring the uptake and outcomes of CSR campaings
• Looking at investments making sure they are socially and ethically responsible
• Implementation of Company´s global corporative ethics and ways of working with Patient Advocacy Groups
• Implementation of Minimum Requirements for Patient Advocacy at LOC level
• Provide support to enhancement of PAGs´ role in the decision making process in health policy developement at National level
• Close co-operation within CEE LOC PA managers
Požadavky:
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor´s degree or higher in relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in related field
• Previous successful consulting work history
Specialized Knowledge:
• Understanding of different educational,human rights and sustainability issues
• Well-developed communication skills, both verbally and writing
• Integrity and open mind
• Persuasive and self-confident presenters, able to sell in business cases
• Adaptability and empathy
Preferred Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain dialogue with all types of people at all levels of seniority
